How Big Could it Possibly be?

Understanding just how large Alaska is can be a difficult task. Numerically speaking is is 591,000 square miles. To understand that number better I have included a visual. You can see here that Alaska makes up one-third of United States. If you put Alaska over the rest of the United States, it will reach from Jacksonville, Florida all the way to San Francisco, California. If you can understand how large Alaska really is, then you will understand why Alaska is so unique.
